The Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston will mark the beginning of its 175th Anniversary on July 19, 2025 by having its churches across West Virginia ring/peal their bells at 7:19 p.m. This symbolic act of unity will involve the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Wheeling, the Basilica of the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Charleston, and various parishes and missions throughout the Mountain State. May our spirit in Christ ring forth the bells for all to hear.
